Our Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your KIMI goodies! If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Personalized items or items marked as "final sale" are generally not eligible for return unless defective.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings or opened beauty products may not be returnable. Please check the product description.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer support at support@kimishop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.
  2. Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to the address provided by our support team. Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or issued as store credit, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider).

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kimishop.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
